The Challenge
True Classic wanted to bring on an external tech partner that could support automating QA to ensure site stability and fast response times from the development team whenever bugs or site breaks arise.
The Solution
We implemented automated QA tests via Github actions and Playwright, as well as integrating these tests into Pagerduty to ensure there is developer support whenever the site fails to ensure no revenue drop offs.

The Results
We were able to set up tests spanning their Canadian, US and UK site to ensure all risks were mitigated in the case of site functionality breaking that could impact the shopping experience.
