Challenge
Based Trading Cards (BTC) needed more than an agency — they wanted a full-time growth partner to rebuild their site and own marketing strategy end-to-end.
The Solution
We stepped in as their full e-commerce partner on a monthly retainer, owning CRO, A/B testing, design, development, paid media strategy and buying (Meta, Google, X, Reddit), Google Shopping, and SEO.
In the first 4 months, we completed a full site overhaul — Homepage, PDP, CLP, cart, menus, search, and supporitng pages such as Holo Hoard, secondary market and much more — while simultaneously scaling their paid presence across four channels.
