Challenge
Chunk Nibbles came to us mid-project — and under pressure. After engaging another agency, what was scoped as an 8-week bundle builder page had dragged on for several months with no functioning deliverable to show for it. They needed a partner who could step in, take ownership, and get the page designed, built, and live — within 2 to 3 weeks.
The Solution
We built the bundle builder from the ground up — custom Shopify Liquid 2.0 code, no third-party apps, no shortcuts.
The result is a fully bespoke solution that's as easy to manage as it is effective — giving the merchandising team complete control without the overhead of app dependencies. Drawing on data and learnings from previous bundle builder projects, we designed and developed a page that was CRO-optimized and brand-aligned from day one — and it didn't take long to validate. The page showed positive results shortly after going live.
Final Results
We launched a redesign of their bundle builder which generated the following after just 2 months:
- A 103% increase in units sold.
- A gross increase in sales b 51%.
- Increased sales of 166% for Vanilla, their lowest sold flavor historically.
