Challenge

MOD was looking to accelerate development velocity and migrate to a more robust headless Shopify framework. With their previous team, they faced extended delivery timelines and a significant slowdown across both development and CRO initiatives.

The Solution

We built a team of senior headless developers and replaced the previous team fully. We migrated their website from a Netlify build and framework to ReactJS. Additionally, we took over the mobile app development - adding new products, features and polish to provide a premium smart lighting experience for their customers.
