Challenge
True Sea Moss was looking to accelerate development and CRO initiatives, scale their A/B testing program through Intelligems, and find an experienced development partner who could integrate seamlessly as an extension of their existing team.
The Solution
We assembled a dedicated team of senior Shopify developers, a project manager, and a CRO-focused e-commerce manager — fully integrated alongside their existing team. From there, we developed a comprehensive CRO roadmap and maintained a consistent cadence of weekly development sprints and A/B testing initiatives.

Over the span of 10 months, we executed a full-scale digital overhaul — launching dozens of redesigned pages monthly, from About Us to core Product Pages, alongside a rebuilt cart experience. We also ran 30+ CRO tests, each contributing incremental gains that compounded into a measurable, positive ROI.
