Challenge
The founders of Uni Performance wanted to elevate their core pages to help increase revenue and improve the overall user experience, starting with their signature footwear PDP then expanding to the rest of their site.
The Solution
We started by establishing a strong foundation. The core pages — PDPs, Homepage, and CLP were redesigned to bring the site up to a competitive standard, while an Outlet page and bundling functionality were introduced as high-impact quick wins to accelerate early momentum.
Final Results
PDP redesign drove a total revenue lift of 10% and CVR lift of 4% in under 6 months.
